Required Skills: •Accounting & Bookkeeping •Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and general ledger activities. •Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll coordination, and bank reconciliations. •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. •Complete month-end close and maintain accurate accounting records. •Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations. •Fund & Investor Accounting •Track investor contributions, distributions, transfers, and fund activity. •Maintain fund and investor accounting records. •Assist with investor reporting and capital account tracking. •Coordinate with fund administrators, banks, CPAs, and attorneys. •Project & Multi-Entity Accounting •Maintain accounting records across multiple entities and projects. •Monitor project budgets, cash flows, and funding schedules. •Support lender, investor, and management reporting requirements.
