Required Skills: •Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. •Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities. •Analyze financial results and explain account variances. •Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company accounting policies, and internal controls. •Support internal and external audit requests. •Assist with financial statement preparation and management reporting. •Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding reconciling items. •Support SOX compliance and documentation. Qualifications: •BS or BA degree in accounting or Finance •5+ years of accounting experience in a Manufacturing environment. Public company and Aerospace & Defense Industry experience preferred.
