Required Skills: •This role will have a hybrid work schedule in our Boston office in accordance with the Bank’s Hybrid Work Program. •More time will be expected in the office to support onboarding initially. •Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and footnotes in accordance with GAAP as assigned by management. •Assist in the preparation of the Bank’s earnings release. •Prepare the monthly Cash Flow Statement, including compilation of all supporting documentation. •Coordinate the review process of draft SEC filings throughout the organization, including review from the Legal team. •Maintain the policies and procedures manual, desk manuals, and documentation for the reporting function. •Manage the comments and edits from internal and external reviewers of the Bank’s SEC filings and ensure all questions/comments are properly addressed. Qualifications: •· Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting is expected for this role. •· CPA designation is strongly preferred.
