This role will play an integral part in the month-end close process, regional accounting support, financial analysis, and management reporting. •The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with plant personnel, regional leadership, and accounting teams. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential. •Provide accounting support for regional operations and multiple plant locations. •Play a significant role in the month-end close process. •Prepare and maintain monthly accruals across multiple plant operations. •Partner with plant personnel to ensure transactions are accurately and properly recorded. •Work closely with regional management to analyze operating results. •Prepare timely and accurate management reports. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field and CPA required. •Applied hands-on capability in month-end close. •Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision. •Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Strong organizational and time management abilities. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. •Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field. •Inventory or construction accounting experience.
