Required Skills: •M&A & Deal Integration: Partner with executive leadership on post-acquisition accounting, opening balance sheet entries, and integrating newly acquired entities into our reporting platform. •Lead month-end close processes including fixed assets, treasury, debt structures, accrued liabilities, and ASC 842 lease accounting. •Help elevate internal controls, optimize working capital, and build institutional-grade reporting frameworks for our PE sponsors and external auditors. •Support cross-functional finance initiatives, technical US GAAP accounting research, and process automation to support rapid scaling.
