Required Skills: •Support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes. •Prepare intercompany eliminations and consolidation entries. •Reconcile intercompany balances across multiple legal entities. •Investigate and resolve intercompany discrepancies. •Prepare consolidated financial statement schedules and analyses. •Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. •Support external audits with schedules and request responses. •Improve accounting processes and documentation. Qualifications: •CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA licensure. •Multinational and foreign currency consolidation experience. •Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls. •Accounting transformation or process improvement experience. •Oracle or similar ERP system experience. •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
