Required Skills: •Manage month-end accounting and financial reporting for assigned business units. •Prepare and analyze WIP, project costs, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis. •Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. •Review financial reports and provide analysis and recommendations to management. •Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and ad hoc financial analysis. •Partner with operations and accounting teams to improve processes and reporting. •Assist with the SAP implementation and other accounting system/process improvements.
