Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way. •Finance point person for the Thunder Jet brand including preparation of pricing, forecasting, and budgeting. •Acts as finance business partner for the Thunder Jet brand including recommendations and guidance. •Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations, journal entries, and assist with month end close activities and reporting. •Manage costing system including material cost and manufacturing overhead analysis. •Assists in the development and preparation of accounting statements, schedules, analysis and reports to reflect the financial condition of the facility. •Oversee import and export activities. •State Tax return preparation and oversight. Qualifications: •Four-year bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum of five years’ work experience. •Excellent oral and written communication skills. •Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze and interpret financial information as appropriate •Good safety awareness, attitude, and attendance. Self-starter and a team player. •Flexibility and multitasking are required, while also being highly detail orientated. •Recognize and be responsive to the needs at all levels of the organization, functional groups, external vendors and dealer network. •Professional proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft 365. •Technologically proficient with the ability to implement new processes and systems that increase efficiency. •This is a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
