Required Skills: •Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments as part of the monthly close process. •Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records. •Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts, identifying and resolving variances. •Maintain supporting schedules and documentation for key balance sheet accounts. •Actively facilitate and support preparation of monthly financial reports and management analyses. •Assist with ERP system processes, data validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. •Partner cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions. •Provide audit support by preparing schedules, gathering documentation, and responding to auditor requests. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. •Understanding of general accounting principles and financial statement preparation. •Operational familiarity with ERP systems, Epicor preferred •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reconciliations. •Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. •VulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package.
