Required Skills: •Maintain General Ledger accounts and financial reporting structures. •Lead month-end and year-end close activities and support audits. •Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations. •Support multi-state tax compliance and state filings. •Assist with cash management, payment planning, and cash projections. •Review benefit invoices and support AP processing. •Analyze inventory activity, variances, and financial data. •Assist with annual budgeting and investigate budget variances. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred. •Strong knowledge of general accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis. •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX, and HLOOKUP. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. •Strong attention to detail and accuracy. •Must be comfortable working 100% in person.
