Hiring: Senior Account Representative - EAP Company: Acentra Health Location: Georgia, United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 11:00:30 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : HIPAA, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint About the job Experience: •2+ years of experience working in account management •2+ years of behavioral health, employee assistance programs (EAP), or healthcare experience •2+ years of experience presenting trainings, workshops, or educational programs to groups of varying sizes p Required Skills: •Acentra Health is looking for a Senior Account Representative (EAP) to join our growing team. •Account Management & Client Relations •Serve as the primary liaison between assigned clients and Acentra Health. •Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and leadership teams. •Respond to client inquiries and coordinate support services to ensure timely resolution of requests. •Proactively engage clients to promote program utilization, awareness, and satisfaction. •Support outreach activities and engagement initiatives that strengthen client relationships. •Coordinate internally with clinical, operational, reporting, marketing, and leadership teams to meet client needs and contractual commitments. Qualifications: •This is a field-based position requiring frequent and regular travel throughout the State of Georgia. •Conduct onsite visits at client institutions, satellite locations, administrative offices, and other designated sites. •Travel may include day trips, overnight travel, and extended travel periods based on business and client needs. •Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently throughout Georgia are required. •Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules •The list of accountabilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other education- and experience-related duties that management may deem necessary from time to time. •Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field required. •Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. •Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills. •Demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain productive relationships with executive leaders, stakeholders, and clients.
