Required Skills: •The Senior Account Manager is dedicated to scaling ZURU's Gumi Yum confectionery brand into retail across the USA, including all future NPD. The role drive account strategy & ownership across grocery, dollar/discount, club & specialty channels, owns ZURU's US broker partnership, and works daily with the Global Commercial Team.. •New distribution & listings – Secure listings across grocery, specialty and unattended channels; submit in full, on time, for every range review. •Broker management – Lead ZURU's US candy broker day-to-day; set priorities, targets and the framework to convert their network into distribution. •Range review readiness – Own the P&L for key opportunities; prepare sell decks and pitch materials for every line review and merchandising window. •Commercial & trade execution (4Ps) – Win feature, display and shelf presence through pricing and promotion. •Account selling – Lead retailer pitches and negotiations to open new accounts. •Cross-functional collaboration – Connect broker, merchandising, supply and internal teams to close distribution gaps quickly. •Innovation launch – Land the Gumi Yum innovation pipeline into US retail.
