(Genetec, Honeywell, Software House, DMP, Bosch, etc…) •Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) •Follow detailed technical instructions and standard operating procedures under the guidance of the IT Services Manager •Participate in on-site and remote troubleshooting efforts to ensure system functionality and compliance •Document configuration steps, test results, and system performance metrics •Actively facilitate and support preparation and staging of equipment for deployment •Maintain a high level of responsiveness and adaptability in dynamic field environments Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent •Microsoft Office Products i.e.. Excel, Word, Teams •Basic understanding of networked security systems and low-voltage electronics •Demonstrated capacity to absorb and follow technical instructions with precision •Strong communication and teamwork skills •Solves problems accurately and efficiently •Currently licensed or must have the ability to immediately obtain TXDPS Security License and TWIC card •Access Control and CCTV Security Systems •Operational familiarity with tools used for system configuration and diagnostics is a plus •Professionalism: Our expectations are high, we take great pride in our work, and we communicate well.
