Required Skills: •Supports the day-to-day operations and administration of GCI’s physical security program. This role focuses on managing security vendors, coordinating maintenance and service of electronic security systems, administering access control processes, and developing and maintaining policies and procedures that support a secure environment. •Working under the direction of security leadership, this position serves as a liaison between internal stakeholders, facilities, IT, and third-party security providers to ensure security systems operate efficiently and comply with organizational standards. •Vendor Management •Manage relationships with physical security vendors, contractors, and service providers. •Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades for security technologies •Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements and contractual obligations •Review service reports, invoices, and maintenance records for accuracy •Coordinate onsite vendor access and ensure compliance with organizational security requirements Qualifications: •In-depth knowledge of physical security principles and best practices •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple vendors and competing priorities •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills •Strong written communication skills with ability to develop/maintain policies and procedures •Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills •Demonstrated capacity to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments •High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive security information •A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
