Required Skills: •Practice, support, and maintain the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming. •Maintain the safety and security of casino and hotel guests and team members. •Patrol casino and hotel areas during assigned shifts to identify and address safety and security concerns. •Record investigation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner. •Prepare reports documenting significant activities and incidents. •Assist with the secure transfer of money and gaming chips from the casino floor. •Maintain compliance with casino rules, policies, and regulations established by the casino and applicable regulatory authorities. •Report day-to-day activities and responsibilities to the Security Supervisor or Manager. Qualifications: •Previous experience in a casino or resort environment. •Demonstrated capacity to patrol and move throughout casino and hotel areas during assigned shifts. •Demonstrated capacity to stand at an assigned post for extended periods. •Demonstrated capacity to respond promptly to backup calls and emergency situations. •Regular use of radios and other communication equipment. •Frequent interaction with guests, team members, supervisors, and managers. •Demonstrated capacity to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. •Team members must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. •Travel is not required for this position. •A mission-driven culture dedicated to economic advancement and community impact.
