Required Skills: •Directs the development and execution of the organization’s overarching intelligence strategy, aligning intelligence capabilities with broader mission objectives and theater requirements. •Oversees the implementation of intelligence policies and analytical activities strictly adhere to legal, regulatory, and Intelligence Oversight (IO) frameworks. •Through subordinate supervisory personnel, plans, organizes and directs the personnel and activities of the Security and Certification Department. •Meets with national level agencies and senior officials within the Intelligence Community (IC) to ensure the Directorate is postured to provide exceptional intelligence support to the Agency. •Develops and implements the robust Insider Threat Program to ensure the Agency is educated, aware and remains safe against all physical and intelligence related threats. Qualifications: •Must be a U.S. Citizen. •This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment.
