Required Skills: •As a Security Officer Patrol in Sparks, NV •DayTimeThur06:00 AM - 02:00 PMFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM •Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers at a technology data center by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate. •Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the data center campus, including building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, perimeter points, and critical infrastructure areas, while reporting unusual conditions. •Monitor access points, visitor activity, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems; verify credentials and follow established visitor and contractor entry procedures. •Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and complete required documentation. •Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while supporting a professional, customer-focused environment for a high-availability technology location. Qualifications: •Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. •Customer service experience is preferred. •CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. •Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. •Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. •As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. •Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. •As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. •Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. •A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
