Hiring: Security Driver (Armed) Company: Concentric Location: Washington, DC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:40:07 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Embedded Systems, Microsoft Office, Risk Management About the job Experience: •5+ years of equivalent or relevant industry experience Required Skills: •Provide a “white-glove” driving service as the personal driver for the client and guests, including companion animals •Safeguards the Principal and guests from all forms of security and safety hazards, ensuring the safety and security of passengers during transit •Coordinates logistics and plans all details relating to the Principal's or guest’s physical location, including movements in, out, and around the site, while preparing for emergencies and other contingencies •Operates vehicle in a safe and comfortable manner •Develop and execute operation plans, route planning, and advanced work, preparing routes in advance, including alternate routes •Conducts vehicle checks for cleanliness, functionality, and fuel level •Identifies threats and intervenes along the route when appropriate •Renders aid in the event of illness, accident, or other safety hazards Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to obtain a firearm permit for concealed carry and carry a firearm in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia •Currently possess and/or ability to obtain a Washington, D.C. Special Police Officer (SPO) certification •Operational experience driving high-profile executives or high-net-worth passengers •Current Driver’s License with a flawless driving record •May be required to obtain a guard card •Thorough understanding of local and federal laws and regulations related to personal driver services •Well-versed in driving in and around the Greater Washington D.C.
