Required Skills: •Monitor integrated electronic security systems and serve as the primary communications point for security and emergency operations. •Coordinate response activities for security incidents, emergencies, and alarm activations. •Dispatch security personnel and resources to incident locations as required. •Maintain situational awareness of on-duty personnel and operational activities. •Monitor intrusion detection, access control, and closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems. •Communicate security, medical, fire, and emergency information to appropriate personnel and agencies. •Support emergency response operations and assist first responders as directed. •Maintain accurate operational logs, records, and incident documentation.
