The role will focus on managing identity services, access controls, integrations, security operations, and troubleshooting across enterprise applications. •· Administer and support Okta IAM/SSO environments, including users, groups, applications, policies, and access controls. •· Configure and manage SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. •· Manage user provisioning/deprovisioning and lifecycle workflows using SCIM and automated integrations. •· Support MFA, adaptive authentication, password policies, and access policies. •· Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, SSO, and provisioning issues. •· Integrate Okta with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms. •· Monitor IAM activity, investigate access-related security events, and support incident resolution. Qualifications: •· Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and cloud IAM. •· Okta certifications are a plus.
