Take the next step in your career and help us redefine what's possible. •As a Vice President, Instruction Capture Client Data Exchange Product Owner in the Securities Services Product Development team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how client instructions are managed and delivered. You will work closely with a large-scale institutional client, leading the end-to-end product journey for a significant portfolio conversion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence product strategy, and help drive the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities. Together, we will deliver innovative solutions and set new standards for client data exchange. •Job Responsibilities •Lead the joint book of work for a major institutional client's portfolio conversion, acting as the primary product contact •Build and maintain trusted relationships with client operational, technology and middle office teams •Translate complex client requirements into actionable product deliverables and influence roadmap priorities •Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for Instruction Capture across multiple asset classes •Author scope documents and business requirements, ensuring accurate lifecycle event capture across formats (SWIFT, XML, FIX, CSV) •Identify and implement product improvements to enhance straight-through processing and reduce manual intervention •Navigate and influence a complex matrix organisation, aligning stakeholders towards shared outcomes •Lead cross-functional working groups and communicate product status, decisions and risks to senior stakeholders •Negotiate prioritisation across competing roadmaps and manage development, testing and release cycles •Partner with the Chief Data & Analytics Office to integrate data strategy, governance and AI capabilities •Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills •Experience in product management or product ownership within financial services Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
