An associate degree with equivalent experience will also be considered. •In-depth knowledge of project-based consulting, financial performance, profit and loss results, resource planning, and staff utilization. •Proven success attracting, developing, and retaining talented staff while building productive, high performing teams. •Demonstrated capacity to identify trends, plan strategically, influence technical leaders, manage risk, and communicate effectively across teams, markets, and the firm. •The typical annual salary range for this role is as listed below. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role may be eligible for our performance‑based bonus and merit increases.
