Experience with hedge coverage analysis, trade reconciliation, and pipeline management. Experience with Dynamic pricing strategies and competitive analysis. Comfort working with both high-level strategy and detailed operational tasks in secondary marketing. Required Skills: •Reports to: Senior Vice President of Capital Markets •Secondary marketing operations and lock desk. •Hedge and pipeline risk management. •Pricing strategies and best execution. •Loan sale and investor delivery coordination. •Compliance and post-close audit support. •Cross-functional reporting and data analysis. •Ensure timely and accurate pricing and locking of loans. Qualifications: •Understanding of mortgage secondary markets, investor guidelines, and loan sale processes. Experience with pricing engines such as Optimal Blue. Familiarity with Encompass LOS and integration for lock and delivery functions. Knowledge of pipeline hedging, best execution strategies, and investor delivery methods. •Degree or Equivalent •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
