Hiring: SEC Manager - Advisory Company: Cyperus Group LLC Location: United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 12:08:55 Target Skills & Keywords : Regulatory Compliance About the job Experience: •5+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or public company SEC reporting Required Skills: •Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, proxy statements, and other regulatory filings •Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and public company reporting requirements •Draft and review financial statement footnotes, MD&A disclosures, and supporting schedules •Coordinate with external auditors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders during quarterly and annual reporting cycles •Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards •Support SOX compliance initiatives and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting •Partner closely with FP&A, tax, treasury, and operational accounting teams to gather reporting data and analyze financial results •Participate in special projects including acquisitions, refinancing transactions, and process improvement initiatives Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required •Prior experience within real estate, REIT, property management, construction, or related industries preferred •Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and financial statement preparation Compensation: •$140,000 - $160,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
