Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you. •The Impact You'll Make in this Role •Identifying and applying Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices to improve discoverability in AI-powered search, answer engines, and conversational discovery experiences. •Conducting keyword, content, and competitive research to uncover opportunities, inform optimization priorities, and strengthen digital performance across priority solution areas. •Partnering with integrated marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, and web stakeholders to translate search insights into actionable recommendations, content enhancements, and measurable business outcomes. •Leading the digital asset upload and metadata management process within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to improve asset quality, governance, discoverability, and downstream SEO performance across the web ecosystem. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience from a private, public, government, or military environment •AND Seven (7) years of hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, website optimization, content strategy, or a related field in a private, public, government, or military environment •Three years of experience with core SEO disciplines, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, metadata development, technical SEO fundamentals, content performance analysis, and internal linking. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders. •Healthcare technology, B2B, or other regulated industry experience. •Self-starter with strong project management skills, a high level of curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of quality and follow-through. •Travel: May include up to 25% [domestic/international] •Relocation Assistance: May be authorized •Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status) Compensation: •$107,600 - $147,950 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
