Hiring: Seafood Processor 1st Shift - Anacortes Plant Company: Trident Seafoods Location: Anacortes, WA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:24:09 Employment Type: Full-time About the job Experience: •1 year experience in food manufacturing Required Skills: •The Seafood Processor 1 role processes seafood products by performing the following duties. •Cleans, scraps, and trims product. •Opens and removes raw materials and places on belts. •Segregates product on conveyor belt or table according to grade, color, and size, and places product in containers or on designated conveyors. •Demonstrated capacity to cut and portion frozen fish blocks using a band saw; inspect product quality, maintain a clean work area, and follow all food safety and workplace safety guidelines •Discards cull (inferior or defective) items and foreign matter. •Packs product in boxes, barrels, baskets, or crates for storage or shipment. •Operates machine(s) to move live or packed seafood from place to place.
