This scrum master role offers the opportunity to shape critical development initiatives while working directly alongside our key government customers. •Facilitate Agile Processes Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other scrum ceremonies to ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team. •Remove Obstacles Identify and address any impediments that may hinder the team's progress, facilitating smooth and efficient project execution. •Promote Agile Practices Advocate for and ensure adherence to agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team. •Collaborate and Coordinate Work closely with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals and delivery timelines. •Track and Report Metrics Monitor and report on key performance indicators and agile metrics, using data to drive improvements in team performance and project outcomes.
