Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. •Demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master for software or systems engineering teams. •Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles and practices. •Demonstrated ability to identify and remove impediments. •Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with engineers, technical leadership, program management, customers, and government stakeholders. •Strong organizational and time-management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technically complex environment. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain any required security clearance.
