Required Skills: •Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile development teams. •Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies. •Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum principles, Agile practices, and continuous improvement. •Promote self-organization, accountability, transparency, and collaboration within Agile teams. •Identify, track, and remove team impediments and blockers. •Escalate issues that cannot be resolved at the team level and coordinate with program leadership as necessary. •Work closely with Product Owners to maintain healthy, prioritized, and actionable product backlogs. •Help teams develop realistic sprint goals, commitments, and delivery plans. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. •Demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master for software or systems engineering teams. •Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles and practices. •Demonstrated ability to identify and remove impediments. •Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with engineers, technical leadership, program management, customers, and government stakeholders. •Strong organizational and time-management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technically complex environment. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain any required security clearance.
