This role uses a servant-leadership approach to promote self-organization, transparency, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration. •Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum practices, principles, and values. •Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, daily ceremonies, backlog refinement, and conflict resolution. •Remove or escalate impediments, risks, and dependencies in partnership with RTEs and Scrum Leads. •Promote self-organization, empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement. •Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, and transparency. •Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams toward sustainable improvements. Qualifications: •Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams using Scrum. •Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and ways of working. •Strong facilitation, servant leadership, conflict resolution, mentoring, and communication skills. •Previous management experience. •Applicable knowledge of software development technologies. •Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Agile Certified Scrum Master certification. •Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field; other fields will be considered. •Exposure to AI solutions and experience assisting engineering teams with AI adoption or administration.
