Required Skills: - Prepare, inspect, and stage printing screens for upcoming production runs according to the daily production schedule. - Verify that the correct screens are assigned to each wallpaper pattern and color sequence. - Pin printing tables by accurately aligning and securing materials and pins according to production specifications. - Prioritize screen running and table pinning based on production schedules and printer needs to minimize downtime. - Safely transport screens to printing teams and return completed screens to designated cleaning or storage areas. - Maintain organized screen storage and staging areas while proactively anticipating upcoming production needs. - Communicate with Printers and supervisors regarding missing, damaged, or replacement screens while following all company safety procedures. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy. - Good organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Ability to prioritize responsibilities based on production schedules and changing needs. - Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and established processes. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with production teams. Qualifications: - Able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. - Able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull screens weighing up to 50 pounds. - Able to safely maneuver large printing screens throughout the production area. - A team player who is willing to support others and pitch in where needed. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
