Required Skills: •We are seeking a strategic, highly analytical, and proactive •To play a critical role in optimizing our North American supply chain operations. Reporting to the Director of SCM, this exempt position requires a high degree of independent judgment and discretion in managing complex cross-border logistics, inventory allocation strategies, and 3PL vendor relationships. •The ideal candidate will move beyond daily transactional tasks to analyze supply chain bottlenecks, independently resolve high-level customs or freight disputes, and design standard operating procedures (SOPs) that ensure seamless fulfillment across our B2B wholesale, D2C e-commerce, and fast-paced pop-up retail networks. •Analyze inbound/outbound shipping volumes and independently determine optimal freight routing (air vs. ocean vs. ground) to balance landing costs with urgent business needs. •Proactively manage and resolve complex US Customs holds, FDA/MoCRA compliance issues, and port delays without constant supervision, ensuring minimal disruption to the supply chain. •Negotiate spot rates and evaluate service agreements with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and drayage carriers to achieve cost savings. •Monitor and evaluate the daily performance of 3PL fulfillment partners across the US and Canada. Independently identify performance gaps (e.g., picking errors, delays) and enforce corrective action plans. •Investigate and resolve high-level claims for damaged goods, lost inventory, or major receiving discrepancies with 3PLs and carriers, negotiating financial settlements or credits when necessary. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
