Required Skills: •Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. •Create detailed activity dictionaries, logic, durations, constraints, and resource/craft loading. •Integrate subcontractor schedules, vendor milestones, engineering deliverables, and project activities. •Prepare baseline, recovery, and look-ahead schedules, including weekly and monthly updates. •Develop progress curves, S-curves, Gantt charts, milestone reports, and percent-complete summaries. •Perform critical path analysis, float management, schedule risk analysis, and scenario planning. •Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation and recovery strategies. •Coordinate schedule inputs from engineers, contractors, vendors, and operations to ensure proper sequencing and accurate access windows. Qualifications: •Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. •Understanding of critical path method (CPM), schedule logic, baselines, float, resource loading, and schedule variance analysis.
