Hiring: Scheduler/Cost Controller Company: PTAG Location: Binghamton, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:42:07 Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management, Project Management, SAP About the job Experience: •3 years of experience in Project Controlling and 4 years of experience in Construction Project Scheduling required •Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Controlling and 4 years of experience in Construction Project Scheduling required Required Skills: •Support project planning and control activities through scheduling, cost tracking, forecasting, and progress reporting for multiple projects and programs. •Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules, including look-ahead planning, activity sequencing, and critical path tracking. •Monitor project budgets, expenditures, commitments, and forecasts to help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. •Prepare regular and ad-hoc project reports, including cost analysis, variance reporting, trend analysis, and earned value management (EVM) updates. •Assist with maintaining project control systems, databases, change management logs, and progress measurement documentation. •Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to reconcile financial and performance data and support project decision-making. •Analyze schedule and cost performance against project baselines and help identify risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement. •Support compliance with company policies, procedures, project controls standards, and reporting requirements.
