Works closely with other departments in the to achieve its goals. •Assign aircraft resources for each flight •Exercise delegated Operational Control over the initiation, conduct, and termination of each flight •Monitor and maintain continuous awareness of the status of each flight •Confirm crew acceptance of each flight assignment •Ensure flight following/flight locating occurs when required •Ensure continuity of information flow within the Scheduling Department •Ensure all aircraft have valid crew assignments considering currency and qualification requirements Qualifications: •Candidate should work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business •Must be detail oriented and able to work productively, independently, or within a team •Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills are required •Successful candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism while multi-tasking various real time situations in a fast-paced environment •Our operation is 365/24/7 and candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as schedule dictates •Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent from a 4-year college; 1-3 years of related experience preferably in an aviation/logistics environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
