Required Skills: •Develop, configure, enhance, and support SCADA/MES applications using Ignition 8.1 and Sepasoft 3.81. •Develop and maintain Ignition Perspective screens, views, and application functionality supporting manufacturing operations. •Develop and modify manufacturing applications using Python/Jython. •Develop SQL Server scripting and understand database fundamentals to support application development and data management. •Support Sepasoft MES applications, including Batch, Document Management, OEE, and Settings & Changeover. •Provide hands-on production support for SCADA/MES systems to help maintain system availability and minimize production downtime. •Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions for production-impacting applications. •Partner with manufacturing personnel to understand requirements and develop solutions that improve production efficiency, visibility, quality, and data availability. Qualifications: •Development and production support experience with Ignition and Sepasoft. •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a production environment. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with manufacturing, engineering, IT, and other business stakeholders. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Manufacturing experience, particularly within assembly operations. Experience with fabrication or paint is also beneficial. •Operational familiarity with PLCs and industrial automation systems.
