Required Skills: •This position focuses on evaluation of Network Design and Implementation, Maintenance, Optimization, Security, and Troubleshooting/Problem Resolution. •Position will evaluate proposed network design and existing network architecture including scalable, high-performance systems. •For existing networks, will understand how to monitor network performance for optimal operation, identify bottlenecks, and evaluate network analysis identifying areas of improvement and optimization. •For network security, will evaluate latest security protocols, risk assessments, and strategies to mitigate network risks. •As a SETA, position will utilize above knowledge to advise customer team on network architecture, network performance, and security risks. •From an information technology perspective, may be concerned with data center floor layout, power & cooling, data storage, infrastructure management, backup, monitoring, operating systems, directory services, identity management, access management, and automation. •Complete understanding network systems architecture, security protocols, VPNs, firewalls, and data center environments. Qualifications: •Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience. Compensation: •$120,001 - $160,000 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Target salary range $120,001 - $160,000.
