Required Skills: •Configure and support SAP FI/CO processes, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, and CO-PA. •Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP FICO configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvements. •Ensure integration between FI/CO and other SAP modules, including SD and MM. •Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions. •Develop functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers on enhancements and custom reports. •Lead testing efforts and resolve complex production issues. •Create documentation, deliver user training, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. •Strong expertise in General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and CO-PA. •Strong knowledge of FI/CO integration with SD and MM. •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. •SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation experience. •Manufacturing industry experience and familiarity with PP integration. •Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ABAP debugging.
