Required Skills: •⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities •⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements •⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance •⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications •⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards •⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer •⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus •⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
