Required Skills: •As a SAP BASIS Administrator, you will manage the technical foundation supporting critical SAP environments, ensuring strong availability, performance, security, and reliability. •Oversee installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, monitoring, and ongoing administration across SAP platforms. •Also manage transport landscapes, system monitoring, database operations, and technical troubleshooting. •Working as a technical subject matter expert, you will help resolve complex system issues in a demanding environment with 24/7 operational requirements. Qualifications: •Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. •Bring at least 8 years of proven SAP BASIS administration experience, including hands-on experience with SAP HANA and SQL Server. •Have practical familiarity with HANA Cockpit and HANA Studio, as well as Solution Manager configuration, including ChaRM, system monitoring, and document management. •Demonstrate knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows server environments, with familiarity with AWS. •Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and work effectively under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment. •Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams. •Be a U.S. citizen, as required for the position. •Knowledge of SAP BTP services and landscape design, SAP S/4HANA Cloud or On-Premise environments, DevOps principles, API management, SAP SAC, and SAP Cloud Connector is preferred. •SAP Certified Technology Associate certifications in SAP HANA and/or System Administration are preferred. •Under the applicable contract requirements, male candidates born after December 31, 1959 must be registered with the Selective Service System or have an applicable waiver as a condition of employment.
