Required Skills: •Pay: $24.50 - $35 an hour + performance based bonus •Direct and audit all cleaning, sanitizing, and documentation procedures to ensure strict compliance with 21 CFR Part 111, Part 117, OSHA standards, and company SOPs. •Oversee and document the turnaround time and effectiveness of CIP (blend/encapsulation) and COP (disassembly/reassembly) units. •Lead and train the team in the proper disassembly, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly of specialized manufacturing machinery, including blenders, encapsulation equipment (e.g., Capsylon 3005), and packaging lines (unscrambler, slat counter, capper). •Serve as the on-site technical expert for machine components, troubleshooting assembly and operational performance issues. •Ensure proper handling, chemical labeling, allergen control, and storage to prevent product cross-contamination or adulteration. •Collaborate closely with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
