Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. •Follow the Master Sanitation Schedule and complete assigned cleaning tasks. •Maintain bottling line and facility cleanliness, adhering to company policies and safety procedures. •Safely and efficiently sanitize equipment to meet production goals while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. •Operate a forklift to collect, stage, and load recycling for outbound shipping. •Monitor and report any issues related to the bottling line, quality, packaging equipment, or food safety concerns to leadership. •Wear and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). •Ensure proper handling, dilution, and disposal of cleaning chemicals in compliance with MSDS guidelines. Qualifications: •High School diploma or equivalent •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a regulated, high-control environment. •Willingness to complete additional training as required. •Forklift operation experience preferred. Must be able to pass forklift certification upon hire •Strong communication and teamwork skills. •Detail-oriented with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. •Adaptability to changing schedules and production demands. •Moderate to heavy physical work (lifting to 50 lbs.) •Work may be required at various Trinchero Family Estates facilities. •Shift work, weekends, and overtime may be required.
