The site supports a team of more than 200 manufacturing and support employees and plays an important role in supplying private label granola products across the U.S. •3rd shift - Saturday to Wednesday •3rd shift differential is $1.50/hour •Wage: $20+/hour depending on experience •Enforce proper safe chemical handling by all employees on the shift. •Ensure all raw materials storage, food blending, ovens and packaging machinery, warehouse and perimeter areas are cleaned to a Master Sanitation Schedule and company regulations. •Clean assigned equipment per the sanitation standard operating procedures. This requires the disassembly and reassembly of equipment to ensure that all food residue has been removed. •Always follow Good Manufacturing and individual personal hygiene practices. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution. •One year experience in sanitation in a food manufacturing facility or medical facility. •Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime, as needed. •Computer competent – word, excel, Outlook. •Preferred Education, Experience, And Skills •Work on a team proactively providing assistance to other members. •Attentive to detail and thorough in completing work tasks in assigned order. •Be open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace. •Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. •Must be transport up to 55 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
