May record information to reflect sanitation activities and issues. Advises/updates supervisor/manager of progress and or other non-routine issues. •Follows established procedures in the cleaning and sanitation of idle production equipment. •Completes required reporting to reflect activity. •Knowledge in leadership skills. •Advises supervisor when supplies need to be ordered. •Familiarity and understanding of testing for chemical concentrations. •Operational familiarity with COP and CIP systems. •Operational familiarity with refractometers a plus Qualifications: •To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
