Required Skills: •Perficient is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our growing Salesforce practice. •Midwest-based candidates are strongly preferred. •This role requires travel to Detroit, MI approximately once per month for several days at a time to support client engagements, facilitate workshops, conduct architecture reviews, and contribute to project delivery activities. •Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Salesforce Core, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and custom applications. •Lead architecture discussions, technical design sessions, and client workshops. •Define solution architectures, integration strategies, and technical specifications. •Design integrations using APIs, Platform Events, CDC, MuleSoft, and related technologies. •Architect Data Cloud solutions including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation. Qualifications: •Strong Salesforce Core experience, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. •Applied hands-on capability in Salesforce Data Cloud. •Proven success designing and delivering complex multi-cloud Salesforce solutions. •Strong knowledge of integration architecture, event-driven design, and middleware platforms. •Exceptional consulting, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with both executive and technical audiences. •Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity and delivery outcomes. •Understanding of AI governance, limitations, and ethical considerations. •Professional services or consulting experience preferred. •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
