Required Skills: •A Solutions Architect plays a highly hands-on role in shaping client success. This individual is deeply involved in writing user stories, overseeing testing efforts, and building strong relationships with both the client and the Product Owner to ensure alignment and delivery excellence. •This role is considered part of the Business Unit Senior Leadership team and may mentor delivery team members. •Own and aggressively drive forward specific areas of technology architecture. Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation. •Provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for the Salesforce domain. •Write Stories and operate as a BA when necessary. •Lead projects within architecture. Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features. •Project and solution estimation and team structure definition. •Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions. Qualifications: •At least two project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of the Salesforce platforms. •CPQ or Revenue Cloud Certification is highly preferred. •Solid understanding of delivery methodology and ability to lead teams in implementation. •Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market/technical conditions and future direction. •Demonstrated success in managing complex and/or large consulting projects. •Proficient in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents. •Demonstrated capacity to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members. •Strong written and oral communication skills. •Desire to mentor younger team members and develop their skills. •Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
