Hiring: Salesforce Developer Company: Mutual of Omaha Mortgage Location: Irvine, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 09:44:46 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Apex, Git, JavaScript, Jest, LLM, REST, RESTful, Salesforce About the job Experience: •20+ years in other organizations but are bringing it on board here and are looking for someone who wants to be part of building it the right way. •4+ years of Salesforce Development experience to include configuration, customization, programming with APEX, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, LWC Development, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards Required Skills: •Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform. •Ensure service level availability of the Force.com platform and integration applications and provide on-call support for break/fix/enhancement activities to resolve application issues. •Implement customer-based solutions and develop products on the Force.com platform using Apex, LWC, Flows and Visual Force. •Assist with the planning of application changes, development, deployment and installation of upgrades and new releases. •Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications and APIs •Lead customer-driven solutions utilizing strong technical design skills and strong working relationships with internal groups •Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternatives, and on the implications of new or revised processing analysis. •Develop, document, and enforce application standards and procedures and test suites for current and future implementations. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related technical field or equivalent •Certified Salesforce Developer •Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and excellent problem-solving skills •Demonstrated capacity to work in Irvine office at least twice a week •Git Version Control and Salesforce CLI experience is highly preferred •Hands-on experience building agentic or conversational LLM features with Frontier model APIs, including prompt design and tool/function calling. •The annual salary for this position is $130,000–$150,000.
