Required Skills: •Coordinate with customers/store locations to ensure in-store marketing is executed correctly and that all point of purchase material is available and in use. •Act as a liaison to the Company's merchandising team by evaluating the condition & quality of the Company's products used by the customer, reporting those findings directly to the supervisor, and prescribing any changes/replacements that may be necessary. •Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-term plans that will help to achieve forecasted sales goals. •Coordinate with the customer and with the Company's training department to build and implement training programs focused on product education, company history, unique selling propositions, features/benefits, and applicable sales strategies. •Lead approved sales meetings monthly and interact with sales teams daily. •Lead virtual training segments and communications with retailers through standard virtual meeting/collaboration platforms weekly/monthly. •Work directly with customer service departments and operations teams in relation to product orders, lead times, and quality control. •Build relationships with store managers, sales consultants, and key business leaders.
