Hiring: Sales Support Specialist Company: LONG Building Technologies Location: Portland, OR Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:40:40 About the job Experience: •3 years’ experience working with commercial construction administration Required Skills: •Generate estimates and proposals in Studio360 for Service •Manage several agreements and stay up to date expiration on dates and any additions, while also finding solutions to issues in documentation, booking sheets, labor plans, etc. •Tracking data that includes vendor quotas, sales, and salesperson quotas. •Process sales orders and manage customer accounts. •Responding to customers’ concerns and questions and providing information on product/service information and any outstanding billings. •Communicate with Marketing to ensure the adequacy of sale-related materials and promotional plans. •Manage communications (email and phone calls) and route new/existing opportunities to appropriate salespeople. •Produce sales reports and maintain sales databases. Qualifications: •2-year business school or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft applications. •Complete thorough and detailed work with accuracy and consistency. •Demonstrated capacity to make decisions, dispose of problems, and complete thoroughly detailed work. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with commercial construction administration •No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
