Qualifications: •Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field. •Residential construction industry experience preferred. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with builders, vendors, and internal teams. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively and courteously with customers and colleagues. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively. •Sound judgment and decision-making skills; includes appropriate stakeholders in decision processes. •Highly organized with the ability to manage tracking systems and maintain accurate records. •Proficiency in internet navigation, spreadsheets, word processing, and order processing systems. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
