Qualifications: •Strong oral and written communication skills, enabling effective customer interactions and clear dissemination of information. •Knowledge of local building codes and the ability to learn SWA building site requirements. •Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. •Demonstrated capacity to educate and work with inspectors and officials to achieve product acceptance and compliance. •Proficiency in CAD software for reading and producing blueprints. •Demonstrates resilience and adaptability under pressure, maintaining professionalism and composure in challenging situations. •Demonstrated capacity to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards. •Proficiency in basic computer skills is necessary to perform job duties efficiently. •Maintains a professional appearance with good personal hygiene. •Technical and relational sales skills.
